What we collect

When you request a quote, book a visit, ask for service or place an order, we collect what you type in: your name, business name, phone, email, county, and details about the machines you're interested in. When you pay, Stripe collects your payment details on its own secure pages; we never see or store full card or bank numbers.

How we use it

To respond to your request, assign your rep, process and deliver your order, provide service, and keep records our business requires. We may email you about your order or request. We don't sell your information.

Who we share it with

Only service providers who help us run the business: Stripe (payments), Affirm and Klarna (if you choose financing), our email provider, and analytics tools that measure site traffic. Each handles your information under its own privacy terms.

Cookies and analytics

Your cart is kept in your browser's local storage. We may use analytics and advertising tools such as Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand which pages and ads are useful.
